Questions and answers regarding the T3GM series as a whole.
Q: What is T3GM?
A: [From the Official Website:]
"The 3 Gym Masters (T3GM) was created by Alex Baldwin and Patrick Rorrer on August 30, 2004. It was originally designed to be a league in Pokémon higher than the Elite Four, but was changed to a comic series to be made into flash episodes. Then we decided to make entire flash films, to tell the whole story of T3GM. The basic layout of T3GM is altered now. Yes, the story began with T3GM as a league higher than the Pokémon League, but it is now a peace keeping group in the corrupt and dangerous City of Andorg. Instead of flash, we decided to tell the stories in our novels. There are 3 books in the series, named Genesis, Revelations, and T3GM 3 (Name not released yet) On August 11, 2006, we hope to release the first novel, T3GM: Genesis. We're working hard on this project, and this website, for your enjoyment. Hope you like it so far!"
The above is mostly correct. T3GM indeed stands for The 3 Gym Masters, and is still a novel series currently consisting of three books: T3GM: Genesis, T3GM: Revelations, and T3GM 3, which is still untitled, as of now. (What's a bit different:) It tells the story of the league of peace-keepers turned Army of Light and their struggles against the PMCs of Andorg City within the epic War of Light and Dark. Genesis was released on October 13, 2006, off a few months from the original target date. Revelations is still in the works, and has been for some time now. Much more info. is found in Genesis, so read it and learn!
Q: Why is it called 'Gym Masters'?
A: The and 3 are obvious, but Gym Masters are not. Well, they don't work out in a gym, so what could it be...?
The name was kept from the old Pokémon days as the league higher than that of the Elite Four. It was once (many moons ago) proposed to be changed to The 3 Great Warriors, but T3GW tasted rather... ugh...
Q: So, you mentioned novels. Any plans to release them?
A: Yes, of course. Genesis is up on these ChatBoards, and the others will follow. As for a commercial release, we'll see, after we get more T3GM-related things copyrighted and/or trademarked.
Q: So, I read something about THE PROJECT, and was told to come here. What is it?
A: THE PROJECT is T3GM, of course. THE PROJECT itself consists of the art, books, backstories, music, and other media of T3GM that is in the works. If you are interested further in THE PROJECT, drop me an email.
Q: Is that it?
A: That about covers it.
